My name is Louise and I am originally from Milton Keynes but moved to Windsor in 2011. I gave birth to my first child - a baby boy called Joshua - in October 2016 so I'm now a busy working mum of 1!!

For most of my life I worked in dull office jobs, never really knowing what I wanted to do career-wise. I was the classic 'yo-yo' dieter when I was in my 20's, trying all the latest fad diets and doing the most basic of exercise programmes in the gym as I didn't really know what I was doing!!


Overweight and frustrated at being stuck in a rut, I decided to do something for myself and qualify as a Personal Trainer. What an eye opener! I can truly say I've found my niche now in life. I love the freedom of working for myself and I'm the happiest, healthiest and fittest I have ever been. I can honestly say I enjoy nothing more than helping others to be the best they can be too. I've met such wonderful people and continue to do so every day and hope to do so for many years to come!

Although qualified in all areas of fitness, my speciality lies in nutrition coaching, female fitness, Pre and Postnatal exercise, fat loss and behaviour change. I know first hand what works, what doesn't and why. I can help you become the person you want to be by addressing your barriers and implementing simple behaviour changes.
