You stay stuck in this vicious and cruel cycle of a few weeks or months of restriction, deprivation and weight loss before you quit again, and pile the pounds back on… and then some. I am a coach. Which means I guide rather than dictate. We as humans are programmed to rebel against being told what to do so in our work together, you are always the one in control, choosing the next step in your weight loss journey at a time that's right for you.

My approach to weight loss is all about 'adding' rather than 'taking away' (depriving). Often this is a breath of fresh air and incites feelings of relief for my clients as they realise they don't have to give up the things they enjoy!


Instead of 'dieting', together we will break your overall health and weight loss goals down into simple, highly strategic, daily practices to work on. These are daily actions or habits designed to gradually alter those current behaviours that you've identified as being counter-productive towards your goals.


With this style of coaching, I don’t ask you to count calories or macros, avoid your favourite foods, or follow some 'one-size-fits-all' meal plan. Instead, I’ll help you eat better, live better, lose weight and make nutrition part of your life, without it taking over.


So it’s not miserable. And you won’t feel deprived, confused about what to do, or overwhelmed. That's because rather than making all kinds of changes at once, I’ll help you focus on just one daily action at a time.

From the outset, you are in control and I am the guide throughout our time together. My coaching is not about me telling you what to do. I listen and then we plan the correct course of action together.

Plus I've been there. I was that classic yo-yo dieter, emotional eater, always looking for that quick fix and despising any type of exercise. I refused to wear a skirt or dress as I hated how my legs looked. I felt unsexy and hated social situations. So I get it. The struggle is real and I can relate.


Weight loss coaching is a holistic lifestyle change coaching programme addressing everything that stands in your way including your diet, activity levels, sleep, stress levels, thoughts, beliefs and emotions.

This is not an information programme. You already have a tonne of information. You might even know exactly WHAT you should be doing. You just have no idea HOW to do it.


Knowledge alone doesn’t create change. Taking consistent action based on what’s right for you creates massive, life changing transformations.

4. Work Together

You will receive regular communication from me every week and daily accountability check-ins. We will also schedule live check-ins every 2 weeks to review your progress and discuss the next steps when you're ready which will always be relevant to your end goal.

2. Tell Me Your Story

If you decide I'm the right fit for you, you then get to tell me your story. This important part of the process helps me fully understand your desires, struggles, history & ultimately learn all about you.

5. See Results

Every 1 to 2 weeks we will review your plan and depending on your progress, implement new habits progressively until you get the results that you are looking for.

3. Get Your Plan

Shortly after you're up and running we will book in your all-important 'kick-off' coaching session. This is an online chat where we discuss, and you agree, your overall coaching plan and first weeks' actions.

Coaching Options

Coaching isn't a quick fix (you've tried that remember and it didn't work). That's why my coaching programmes require a minimum commitment of 3 months. This allows you to fully appreciate how coaching can work for you and ensure the new habits we work on have time to stick - for good.

In an ideal world, a coaching programme should run over a course of 1 year to get the full benefit. But we all have different desires, commitments and constraints so a 3 month coaching programme is a absolutely a great starting place and will still get you noticeable results.
