All my Personal Training packages include a vital introduction to nutrition and diet. Regardless of your goal, having the right nutrition is key to success. Did you know that 80% of your goal success will be determined by your food choices?

I also include full body composition stats and measurements to track your progress during our time together, should this be relevant to your overall goal.

Group Personal Training (2+ People)

My Group Personal Training sessions for 2 or more people (up to a maximum of 5 people) are a great way to save money and boost motivation! For just 50% more per person, the more people you train with the more money you save!

If you're looking for a fun exercise class which is suitable for all levels then Beautcamp is the option for you. My female only classes are held outdoors in Windsor and online via Zoom and are a great way to get an effective workout in a fun and varied way. I also run Mum and Baby exercise class in Windsor. Suitable for new mums and mums to be, these classes allow you to bring along your little one whilst you train.
