Having a Personal Trainer to push you to your limits during training increases metabolism, burns more fat and helps to strengthen and tone your body significantly more compared to exercising on your own. At Nu Yu Fitness Windsor we define a clear strategy and set the milestones you want to achieve at the outset.
All our Personal Training packages include full nutritional advice and guidance. Regardless of your goal, having the right diet is key to success. Did you know that 80% of your goal success will be down to the food you eat? And don't worry - we don't advocate extreme diets and quick fixes. We look to implement a healthy diet as a lifestyle change to ensure these good habits you learn last you a lifetime.
We also include full starting stats and measurements to determine your starting point, progress tracking along the way, outside support from your dedicated Personal Trainer and goal setting.

1-2-1 Personal Training
Our 1-2-1 Personal Training packages offer the most bespoke training and support. Working individually with one of our expert trainers, you can expect complete support and dedication to your programme.

Group Personal Training (2+ People)
Our Group Personal Training sessions for 2 or more people (up to a maximum of 5 people) are a great way to save money and boost motivation! We charge only £15pp more per session on top of our 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions - the more people you train with the more money you save!
We can also organise mini bootcamps - ideal for offices who want to encourage their staff to be more active!! 30 or 45min sessions during your lunch hour are ideal! Contact Us for full details.
Beautcamp - Women Only Bootcamp
If you're looking for a fun exercise class which is suitable for all levels then Beautcamp is the option for you. Our womens only classes are held outdoors in Windsor and Datchet and are a great way to get an intensive fat burning workout in a fun and varied way. Crèche Fit - Bring Along Baby Exercise Classes
Our Personal Trainer Louise also runs a Mum and Baby exercise class in Windsor. Suitable for new mums and mums to be, these classes allow you to bring along your little one whilst you train.
