At Nu Yu Fitness we do not assign a 'one-size-fits-all' plan to our clients. At Nu Yu Fitness we offer complete packages which include full nutritional support and guidance, goal setting, body composition measurements, progress tracking, food diary reviews and regular feedback sessions. And all of this is fully accessible via our online Personal Training app so you have complete visibility at all times and direct access to your Personal Trainer.
Reaching your goal is more than just pushing yourself during your training sessions. What you achieve outside of our time together is equally important when you have a goal in mind. This is why we set weekly tasks and actions that are agreeable to you and focus on establishing better habits and behaviours. This is key to success, whatever your goal as motivation and self control will only get you so far.
As our training is mobile, our 1-2-1 sessions are offered at your home, in a local park, at our small private home studio in Windsor or even at your workplace. We bring the gym to you!
